The Role
As Account Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for developing sales and market presence across the Nordic region, primarily through a distributor-based sales model, supported by strong direct engagement with end customers.
Your mission is to create demand in the market, translate customer needs into value-based solutions, and ensure distributors are equipped to convert opportunities into sustainable business.

The role involves extensive travel across the Nordics and a strong presence in the field – both with distributors and directly at customer sites.

  • Engage directly with farmers and production sites to understand operational challenges and buying behaviour
  • Support distributors by creating pull-through demand at end-customer level
  • Provide structured market feedback to support product and commercial strategy

Networking & Business Development

  • Build and maintain networks with key market influencers, including:
    • Veterinarians
    • Consultants and advisors
    • Industry stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to business development initiatives through 2026 and beyond

Ways of Working

  • Follow up efficiently on projects and customer activities to ensure progress and results
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional sales process

Your Profile
Background & Experience:

  • Preferably a degree in Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with agricultural operations and animal production
    • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within: Animal health, Biosecurity, Agri solutions, Food / dairy / poultry production environments or similar
    • Strong interrest in or understanding of animal health, hygiene and biosecurity principles, ideally across: Cattle (dairy strongest segment), Poultry and Aquaculture

Skills & Mindset:

  • Proven ability to drive growth through distributors
  • Comfortable engaging directly with end customers who demonstrate B2C-like buying behaviour
  • Strong coaching mindset – able to develop distributor sales capabilities
  • Highly independent, structured, and self-driven
  • Patient, persistent, and relationship-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Nordic languages are a plus, not a requirement)
  • High travel readiness and flexibility

This role is well suited for a senior commercial profile who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and field-based impact.
