We want someone who takes pride in developing quality software and appreciates the necessity of the constraints and requirements imposed by developing in a regulated environment. While at the same time also having a pragmatic approach to this to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to deliver value.
You will be an integral part of the development team, helping with and driving the development of several product lines for different target environments. Experience in system and/or software architecture design will be considered an advantage.

- Be part of the software development team in the development, maintenance, and release of all our products
- Help maintaining and evolving our development infrastructure and processes
- Co-own and design software architecture
- Collaborate with internal and external (outsourced) teams
In relation to skills and experience we understand that not one combination is equal for success, but preferably you have experience and knowledge within:
- Software development principles including software testing and security
- Working in an agile development team
- System and software architecture
- Regulated software development, ideally for software as a medical device
You will likely possess many of the following IT skills, preferably certified or formally documented in some way:
- Backend development (Python, databases, scripting)
- GPU programming
- Development for different OS (Linux, Windows)
- DevOps tools and processes (Git, Docker, Jenkins, ELK, SAFe, Jira)
- Cloud computing (Azure, AWS)
But the most important part is your personality – we are a diverse team of nationalities, and we are looking for another awesome colleague who values being part of a team, embraces both co-creation and independent responsibilities, and enjoys taking ownership.
Your skillset includes a strong analytical expertise and the ability to plan and solve complex tasks with a sufficient eye for the details and yet ensure timely deliveries. You are a team player able to balance completing your own work while also collaborating with the entire team to meet the collective team goal according to the team processes. Our company language is English and so you need to have verbal and written fluency at a business and technical level.
Your academic records include a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field combined with professional experience in software development of preferably 5+ years.
