About the Role
As Group Finance Controller, you will be part of a lean and skilled team responsible for the consolidated financial reporting of the Hartmann Group. The role offers broad exposure to financial consolidation, statutory reporting, tax planning, internal controls, and post-merger integration in a global context.

You will be part of a dedicated 5-person Group Finance team and report to the Head of Group Finance, Morten – an empowering leader with a background as a state-authorized public accountant and extensive experience from large international companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Monthly financial consolidation and management reporting across decentralized entities
• Participation in the preparation of annual reports
• Maintenance of accounting manuals and internal controls at group level
• Group-level tax planning and transfer pricing
• Group Treasury tasks and coordination of cash management
• Ad hoc financial analysis and projects
• Active involvement in post-merger integration (PMI) and M&A-related processes
• Sparring partner to finance colleagues across the organization
Your Profile
• Educational background at bachelor’s or master’s level in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Ideally a background in audit combined with 2–5 years of group finance experience
• Solid understanding of consolidated reporting and statutory accounts
• Ambitious, analytical, and structured with a desire to grow in the role
• Proficient in English at a high professional level; Danish/Scandinavian at a conversational level is an advantage
